What is Register Planets all about?

Register Planets is a lunar land and planet mars real estate company. We might not be the oldest, but we will strive to be the largest one day!

When do I put the owners name on the deed?

There is a name box on each lunar land and planet mars product page before checking out. Please double check the owner’s name on the Moon and Planet Mars Deed before proceeding to checkout as this can’t be changed after purchase.

Who buy land on the moon and Planet Mars?

Everyone purchases Moon Land from around the world, as it is the most out of this world gift on planet Earth.

Is each lot number unique?

Yes, as Register Planets only assigns one lot number per Moon or Planet Mars deed.

My Payment Credit Card Transaction Failed?

You keep trying to place your order and it fails every time? Well your order attempt fails for non-matching AVS, because we have a high security fraud settings with our bank. What is AVS? Address Verification Service and the address provided does not match your billing and/or your bank does not support AVS matching. Not to worry, we have you covered, please contact us and we can create an invocie.

Can I place my order by phone?

Currently we are only accepting orders via the web. If for some reason you cannot place an order via our web site, please send us a detailed email and we will do our best to fix your ordering problems. Click here to notify us.

Do you accept International orders?

The good news is that we ship all our products internationally. Also when purchased outside the USA, please be aware that all prices shown on this website are in US currency.

How long does it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order in courtesy of US Postal Service. Most orders are processed the same day depending on the time of day it was purchased; however please allow 24-72 hours as we are closed Saturday & Sunday. Shipping options are as follows: Priority Mail (approx. 3-4 days) and Express (usually 1-2 day shipping). If your package has been attempted for delivery but unsuccessful, a notice will be left by the US Postal Service for you to reschedule shipment or to pick up your item from the US Postal facility where it is being held. If you have failed to claim your package and it is returned to us, we will not take any actions until further notice from you. Once we receive your notice, we will immediately reship your item using the same shipping services initially requested. Your credit card will be billed the appropriate amount and you will receive another tracking email that will notify you the product is again on route.

What are your Return Policies?

All products personalized are considered custom and are made specifically to your specifications with the owner’s name printed on the deed and as a result, your orders can’t be modified, cancelled or returned. All other products please contact us.

How can I check on my order and receive my tracking information?

All Packages are shipped and can be tracked with Delivery Confirmation. Your tracking number will be supplied automatically in your shipping confirmation email. You may also request a tracking number Click here. Be sure to include your order number in your email. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please Click here and we will investigate your order. Be sure to include your order number in your email.

Can I pay by check or money order?

At the present time we are solely a web based business and only accept credit cards.

What Items Can I Ship Internationally?

The good news is that we ship all our products internationally to every Country.

Do we offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, 50 or more items, please email us with your larger quantity order inquiry.

Will I be sent an order confirmation?

We send order confirmations via email, if you do not locate it check your junk folders.

What if my package gets lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, misrouted, delayed or damaged shipments. We’re also not responsible for lost or stolen packages as well as packages left outside and weather conditions.
